BAJA, EV, and Formula team registration (up to $4000 annually).

The Baja Series has a total of 300 vouchers available across all three events. Each school will have an opportunity to use no more than two each. If your team gets a spot at all three events for 2027, you will only get vouchers for two, and the third registration fee will need paid as normal.

All teams that receive a competition spot from the lottery will proceed to payment as usual. The system will identify if you have a voucher to use and automatically apply it. You will not be charged your registration fee.

At this time, all waitlist teams will be treated as normal when offered a promotion. Registration payments will still be due two business days after the invoice generates.

When you use a voucher, you will be prompted to complete an Intent to Compete Agreement by November 30th, 2026. This will all be handled through the competition websites. All details of the partnership will be outlined there.

Yes, you will still be able to view and print your invoice from your Registration Dashboard, it will just show as paid using a voucher instead of “paid via card type ending in xxxx”.
