Gene Haas Foundation supports competitions that empower students to explore technical career pathways. Through these challenges, participants design, build, and compete with their creations, gaining hands-on experience in real-world manufacturing. We have partnered with FIRST Robotics to sponsor teams using design and building skills in order to introduce them to careers in manufacturing. We sponsor additional manufacturing competitions who can show us how they are using CNC technology to build a product with which they will then compete.

We have partnered with SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) to fund event registration fees of every BAJA, EV, and Formula team (up to $4000 annually). Please use the link below to tell us about your team’s 2026/27 competition season.
