Conference attendees do not need to reserve a spot on the provided bus transportation.

The bus transportation will provide rides:(exact pick up times will be emailed prior to conference)

Monday AM: from Element, Fairfield, or Doubletree to Calhoun Community College Decatur

Monday PM: from Calhoun direct to Doubletree for Monday evening welcome reception (guests are welcome to meet you at the Doubletree but will not have transportation from the other hotels to the Doubletree)

Monday Night after Reception: From Doubletree to Element or Fairfield

Tuesday AM: From Doubletree, Element, and Fairfield to the Conference

Tuesday PM after Conference: From Calhoun to Doubletree, Element, or Fairfield (quick stop) then on to the Space and Rocket Center for Teachers Appreciation Dinner (6pm to 9pm)

Guests are welcome to board the bus with you at the hotels to ride to Event.

Tuesday PM after Event: From Space and Rocket Center Huntsville to Element, Fairfield, or Doubletree.

Wednesday AM: From Doubletree, Fairfield or Element to Calhoun Community College

Wednesday PM: From Calhoun to Doubletree, Element, or Fairfield

Thursday AM: From Doubletree, Fairfield, or Element to Calhoun Community College

Thursday mid day: From Calhoun Community College to Doubletree, Fairfield, or Element.

Adult Guests are welcome to attend the Monday and Tuesday evening events.

Adult and Children guests are welcome to attend the TUESDAY night event at Space and Rocket Museum.

Please be sure that add on ticket has been chosen on Whova registration to allow us to accurately count for Catering. Thank you!

We have created a separate Whova website and App for HTEC attendees spouses/ guests to join to stay in the loop on logistical info, optional outings sign ups, and to allow them to connect with other guests while keeping personal info such as cell# and email info secure.

We will not be providing organized transportation to and from the airports and hotels. We have created a place on the Whova app/ website to allow you to communicate with other attendees to share taxis, lyfts or ubers to share cost.
